UNITED STATES
We have reopened shipping to the US! While our crochet hooks and yarn are exempt from tariffs under CUSMA, your order will now be subject to duty. These fees are based on the value of your order, and are calculated & paid at checkout so there won't be any surprise fees when your package arrives. If you happen to be overcharged, we'll refund anything extra. Because of our new US shipping process, we are only shipping once per week. If you need your order shipped out immediately, please contact us directly at hello@knitbrooks.ca so we can make arrangements. We appreciate your support and patience while we navigate these new changes :)

CANADA
Canada Post is still on a rolling strike, so while we have found alternate shipping methods, there may be delivery delays. We will not be shipping to PO boxes until the strike is over, but are happy to hold onto your order until then.

EVERYWHERE ELSE
We are continuing to ship worldwide, but there may be delivery delays due to new methods of shipping we're using + the Canada Post strike.

TLDR: Everything is delayed, but gosh darn it we will get you your yarn and hooks if it's the last thing we do!
