    FIBRE
Rambouillet (also known as the French Merino) has similar characteristics to typical merino fibre, however it has more of a matte look. The fibre offers great elasticity, can be worn comfortably against your skin, and has been described as having an almost cotton-like feel with its lofty airiness.

    SHEEP
Our yarn comes from the fleece of 100% Canadian Rambouillet sheep, born and raised at Linc Farm in River John, Nova Scotia. The sheep graze the farm’s nutritious pasture from April - December, and are fed hay from the farm’s fields in winter. Learn more at lincfarm.com.

    PROCESS
All Annapolis Fibre Co yarn begins as raw fleece, which is carded, spun and dyed by us right here in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley.

    CARE
All items made with untreated (non-superwash) wool should be hand washed in cold water, and laid flat to dry. Spot cleaning will help prolong the life of your knitwear!
