Shipping Policies

While we do ship worldwide, there are some countries that have suspended delivery. You can view the status of Canada Post delivery to international destinations here (click "view details" under International Suspensions).

All orders are shipped out of Nova Scotia, Canada. Shipping rates are automatically calculated and outlined during the checkout of your order. Please make sure the address provided is correct, as all shipping labels are printed automatically and we can't be responsible for incorrect mailing information.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and these delivery times will vary based on your location.

All orders within Canada come with tracking. Note that not all shipping options for International orders come with tracking. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds on lost packages that do not have tracking, as we are unable to report a lost package that cannot be tracked. Please be mindful of whether you're selecting an option that does / does not include tracking.

Shipping to USA

  • Tracked Packet USA - tracking included
  • Expedited Parcel - tracking included
  • Xpresspost USA - tracking included

Shipping Internationally

  • Small Packet International Surface - NO TRACKING
    Note: this option can take 2-3 months for delivery
  • Small Packet International Air - NO TRACKING
  • International Parcel - tracking included
  • Tracked Packet International - tracking included

Depending on where you are located, deliveries may be subject to customs fees or additional VAT. Unfortunately these fees are out of our control, and are the responsibility of the customer.
